I only recently did a search of the Internet on Tom Knauff and was surprised at his remarkable achievements in a sailplane. It all began when Mike posted the clip of the 1-23 flown in the Thomas Crowne Affair that I learned that Tom was the pilot for the movie sequence and then after a little digging found this link...
